The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors in Software Innovation ASA comprise of the following persons:
 Peter Pay (b. 1940) Chairman of the Board since April 2006. Mr. Pay is a senior Partner at Credo Partners AS. His experience from executive positions within Telenor ASA is substantial, as Group CEO as well as acting CEO, among others. Moreover he has been CEO for two companies of the EB Group, CEO for several companies at management for hire basis – such as IDA, Payex, BankAxept and Argentum Fundsinvestments. Mr. Pay holds a Master of Engineering degree from the NorwegianUniversity of Science and Technology (NTNU).

 Christian Syverstad (b. 1962) Member of the Board. Mr. Syverstad joined the Board in April 2003. He is responsible for equity capital investments at FirmamentAS. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics degree from the NorwegianSchool of Management (BI), and was one of the owners/partners in former Karl Johan Funds from 1988-1998. Mr. Syverstad worked as a private investor before he started his employment at FirmamentAS in December 2001.

 Bente Loe (b. 1968) Member of the Board. Ms. Loe is Investment Manager in Ojada AS, the Investment Company of Erik G. Braathen. She has eight years of previous experience as Partner in TeleVenture Management, Telenor Venture’s investment consultancy company, where she worked in particular toward the IT and Telecom sectors. From 1993 to 1998 she worked for Kværner Investments in Oslo and London. Ms. Loe is a member of the Board in Blom ASA, Confirmit ASA and Norwegian Finans Holding ASA. She holds a BsBA and MBA from the University of Denver.

 Lars Ahlberg (b.1947)
Member of the Board. Mr. Ahlberg was chairman of the Board in FIRM, (now called Confirmit), from 2000 until 2005 and was acting CEO from November 2004 until September 2005.
He has previously been Senior Vice President in Computer Associates (CA), and worked 15 years as CEO for CA in Norway, General Manager for Scandinavia and later as Managing Director in the UK with the overall responsibility for the UK, the Nordic countries, Netherland, Israel and European Global Accounts. Since 1999 Ahlberg has been chairman of the Board in Directure A/S in Denmark, which is an international consultancy company. He holds a BsBA from the University of Linköping, Sweden.

 Turid Grotmoll (f. 1959) Member of the Board since January 2007. Master of Management graduate from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), college of education, programme engineer training from the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) and additional education from IMD, Babson Executive and LOTS AB. Current position: Director of Sales and Market Development in Sparebank1 Skadeforsikring AS. Previous experience: CEO of Telenor Privat, head of Telenor's programme for large customers and various other management positions at Telenor. Member of the Board at enterprises including Ementor, Proseq, LALund, Lundgruppen, OLTD and SmartClub Telecare. |

 Jorunn Næss (f. 1960)
Member of the Board since April 2006 (employees’ representative). Ms. Næss has been an employee at Software Innovation ASA since 1994, and was Manager for Training and Support until 2004, after which she worked with customer development and sales within the public and private sectors until 2006. Today Ms. Næss works in Project Management. Her experience stems from several sales- and consultancy companies in the IT sector, among those Norsk Data and The Norwegian Air Force (Luftforsvaret), where she also has taken various IT courses.

 Bente Isaksen (b. 1961)
Member of the Board since April 2006 (employees’ representative). Ms. Isaksen has been an employee at Software Innovation ASA since 2000. She is presently Department Manager for eChannel, one of SI ASA’s departments in the consultancy division. Her experience stems from EDB ASA, where she worked as Project Manager and Team Manager, and she was also a member of the Board – as an employees’ representative. Ms. Isaksen holds a Master of IT Engineering degree from The NKI Engineering School, as well as a Business graduate degree from the NorwegianSchool of Management (BI).

 Niklas Hjelm (b. 1961)
Workers representative. Studies in computer engineering. Teaching computer graphics. Entrepenuer and pioneer in web and multimedia. Developing business solutions for the last 10 years. In the company since 2000. Most often having the architect role, but spend as much time in methods and presale.
