The newly appointed CEO is excited about leading Software Innovation as they continue their rapid growth in the development, sale and delivery of applications for information, case and document management.
“Software Innovation has seen steady growth, with an outstanding client portfolio and large growth in the public and private sectors, as well as encouraging development in international markets. Our focus is to maintain our position and grow, in a market where the need for Enterprise Content Management Systems is growing. I am excited to have this opportunity to run Norway’s best software development company”, says Harildstad
In the autumn of 2010, Harildstad was employed as the head of Software Innovation Norway, a role he will continue to fulfil as he takes on the role of CEO. The management also includes Halvor Walla as head of product development, Lennart Hane as the head of Software Innovation Sweden, and Torben Christensen as head of Software Innovation Denmark.
Since the beginning of 2010, Software Innovation had a temporary CEO in the form of its owner Borea.
With 10 years’ experience in various managerial roles at Microsoft, Harildstad came to Software Innovation from a position as an independent consultant, focusing primarily on restructuring and market positioning. He has an academic background in addition to his extensive experience, having studied Informatics at the University of Trondheim and Business Economics at the BI Norwegian Business School.
