(Lysaker, 10 December 2008) Software Innovation has signed a partner agreement with Fujitsu regarding use of Software Innovation's 360° solution for electronic case and document management (ESDH) as a platform for Fujitsu's eDoc solution for the Danish municipal and regional market.

(Lysaker, 29 August 2008) Software Innovation ASA has signed a partner agreement with the Finnish company Documenta Oy regarding resale of the company's 360° solution in the Finnish market. Documenta is a market leader in workflow and document management for the Finnish public sector and has more than 500 customers. The company has offices in Espoo, Tampere and Kajaani. For Software Innovation, the partner agreement will complement and strengthen its existing activities in Finland.
(Lysaker, February 13, 2008) Software Innovation's revenue before one-time effects totalled NOK 136.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2007, up 21.3% from NOK 112.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2006. Earnings before extraordinary provisions as well as interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) ended at NOK 7.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2007, compared with NOK -1.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2006.

Earnings before extraordinary provisions as well as interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) ended at NOK 5 million for the third quarter of 2007, compared with NOK -8.9 million in the third quarter of 2006.

EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) ended at NOK -1.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2006, compared with NOK 7.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2005.
