360° Process & Workflow 

Automating tasks and implementing common rules and regulations in business and case handling procedures are increasingly important in organizations facing increased demand for service and internal efficiency.

The 360° Process Management module is tool that helps any organization to automate routine tasks and support workflow processes where human decisions are involved.

The module has specifically been made to support “state-machine”-type of workflows, i.e. processes that do not follow a distinct pre-defined path but where the progress is represented by a set of states and where human-interaction (normally) decides the transition between the different states.

360° Process Manager can automatically perform tasks like sending e-mail to applicants, creating XML documents on the server and archive them in a case folder, checking for due dates, performing web service transactions to other back office applications, etc. When the responsible user has to make a decision to take the process further process manager will present him with the possible selections that can be made.

Process Manager will log any action performed manually or automatically throughout the process on the actual entity (i.e case). The progress and remaining work/possible paths can also be presented graphically in the user interface

The core of 360° Process Manager is based on Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation. This mean that workflow processes can be designed and implemented using the workflow design tools available for WWF like Visual Studio 2008.
